How do I cancel my subscription?Updated a month ago
We'll be sad to see you go, but canceling is easy and hassle-free.
- Login to your SUBSCRIPTION PORTAL
- Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
You'll find this option at the bottom of the screen (on mobile) or at the bottom of the right-hand column (on desktop/laptops) - You're done!
You will receive an e-mail confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.
If you'd like to start receiving shipments again, you can start a new subscription or reactivate your subscription at any time.
Did you know? If you're not ready to cancel your subscription, but don't need it right now, you can skip a shipment, change your next shipment date, or pause your subscription indefinitely.
