Can I pause my shipments?Updated a year ago

You can pause your subscription indefinitely in your subscription portal.

Simply click the PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION button.

When you're ready, come back to the subscription portal to reactivate your shipments.

Note - this will pause all shipments until you tell us to start shipping again. If you'd like to delay shipments for a while, without having to remember to come back and reactivate, consider skipping an order or picking your next shipment date.
